By releasing both physical and emotional toxins from the womb, it can help women reconnect with their feminine center and their power. Essentially a cure-all, this magical blend is for ladies in every stage of womanhood, whether that be menstruation, after-birth recovery, or menopause.
 

How to Use: 

Fill a medium-sized pot with water and 3-4 tablespoons of the herbal blend. Bring the mixture to a soft boil for five minutes, leaving a lid on the pot. Steep for another five minutes with the lid on after taking the pot off of heat. Pour the blend into a heat-resistant bowl than can be placed in the toilet. Make sure to test the temperature of the steam by waving your hand 8-10 inches above the herbal water. Then, remove your underwear and seat on the toilet seat, directly above the steam. Drape a blanket or sheet long enough to reach the floor around your waist to trap the healing steam. Keep the rest of your body warm by wearing socks or slippers and a scarf or sweater. Enjoy a warm, rolling steam for about 20 to 30 minutes.

During your period, after birth, during menopause, or when you feel it’s time for a detox.
